Hello. My name is Ramela Davidian On March 13 at 19:10 I had a flight on the Krakow-Kiev bus from the Vital Euro Trans company, I have never had such a terrible trip. I am writing to you because I bought tickets through omio and I can't find the carrier company's website to complain. My ticket stated that I was arriving in Kiev at 10:40 a.m., and the flight was direct. As a result, I and other people are transferred to another bus in the city of Lviv (Ukraine), and before that we wait for this bus for 1 hour and 30 minutes. We were transferred to another bus, and in the new bus we waited 4 hours and did not go.
